Why India Still Lags Behind!!!

India is our motherland. It is no doubt one of the great countries in the world. It has a great historical importance and also with a billion plus population is a major source of knowledge man power to the world economy.

With all this in mind, it really feels sad to say that a good proportion of India's population lives below poverty line i.e. they don't even have a means to fulfill the basic needs of life i.e. food and shelter. The condition of roads and public infrastructure in our country is among st the worst in the world. The crimes such as dowry deaths, child labor and honor killings still make the top headlines. The projection that India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and future of the world lies in the east and not in the west still look ages apart.

With all said and done, what could be the possible reason for this condition of our country? Is it because of the corrupt politics which seems to be an easy target and on which everyone seems to shed the blame very easily. Is it the attitude of common people who is only bothered about his family and does not give a shit about his neighbor, forget thinking about the country. The real question is have we at least identified the reason for this mess, so that we can start thinking about what it takes to resolve it. Is the reason identified or are we all just busy in blaming our politicians for creating this mess in our country like we blame our neighbors of creating a mess in our neighborhood? What we don't realize is that the politician is also one of us. Even if we have all the politicians as honest, things still won't improve much because people will still remain dishonest and corrupt. The society gets the same leaders as the society itself is.

Let me share a few facts here. India is the second most populous country in the world with over a billion plus population. India's economy is still way way behind the biggest economies in the world i.e. USA, China and Japan. Also, if we talk about the US, it has 3 times the area in terms of land as compared to India. The US population is less than 1/4 th of India's population. This simply means that even if both US and India have the same economies, still an individual in the US has 12 times more resources as compared to in India. Now let us talk about the difference in economies. The size of US economy is approx 9 times that of India. That means on an average, the amount of resources (in terms of wealth, land, food etc.) that an individual has in the US is 12 x 9 = 108 times as compared to India. That would also mean that the standard of living of an individual in the US is 108 times as compared to an average Indian. Even if some wonder happens and we become the largest economy in the world (which in itself is a rare possibility), we can never have the same standard of living or wealth as people currently have in the US, simply because of our population.

There are 3 main factors that we are discussing here in the above comparison. Land, economy and population. Land is something about which we can't do anything about. The land that we have will obviously remain the same and its not going to increase unless we invade some country in our neighborhood which of course is not going to happen. Economy is something on which we can work our way through assuming that our economic growth is definitely improving over the years, so we can be optimistic about it. It is the 3rd point that I am most concerned about i.e. population of India. Does it take a lot of mathematics to figure out that it is because of our billion plus population that we have such poor standard of living. The biggest irony in our country is that no one is bothered about our rising population. US and the Europe have very strict immigration measures in place and with time passing by they are making it even more stringent. China even though having much more area as compared to India is very determined to make sure that they have a close check on the Chinese population by introducing policies like 1 child in a family etc. Why don't we have any such measure in place? Why don't we see population control as the biggest agenda of all political parties? Why are we just sitting and waiting for the disaster to happen? When we say our economy is growing at 8% year on year, why are we not taking into account the population growth rate? Is it so difficult to understand that every individual born will need bare minimum resources to survive? Why we don't even care about the fact that there are poorer nations than India as well in this world and people from those nations migrate to India. Why are there no strict measures to restrict the illegal immigration that happens across our borders from countries like Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal and Pakistan.? Do we even have a mechanism or a way to figure out if an individual is an Indian or not? How many people in our countries have valid passports? Why is the inflation so much in our country despite the fact that the commodities are already damn expensive? Isn't it because we have so many people in our country that the demand always remains high which in turn drives the price of a commodity.
The answer to all the questions above lies in one common area, India's billion plus population. It is not late when we will become the most populous country in the world with so little resources to serve.

These are a few questions which are going on in my mind and I wanted to share so that everyone should at least think about them. I am not saying that I have a definitive solution to this problem. Just wanted people to at least focus on the real problem instead of being occupied with cheap cast, religion based political agendas.

Philosophy of life

1. Never ever panic or get depressed or get desperate over anything. Just have full faith in God and relax. Whatever happens is with the will of God and whatever happens is for good only.

2. Past is gone and it’s over, you cannot do anything about it, you cannot change it. Thinking about the past (whether good or bad) will just make you feel sad. If the past was good, you will be sad thinking that the present is not like that. If the past was bad, you will be sad thinking why that happened. So thinking and pondering about the past is just a waste of precious time that is given to us in the form of present.

Future is uncertain. Things might happen as per plan or things might not happen as per plan. You can never ever be sure of what is in store for you in future. Thus, thinking, worrying or fearing about how your future will be is also a waste of precious time that is given to us.

Your primary focus should always be present. Present is a God’s gift given that is given to us. Present is the only time when you can do something, change something, give your best efforts to achieve what you want to. If you focus on the present, you will give your 100% effort towards it. If you put 100% effort towards the present, the result can either be success or failure. If it’s a success, you will be happy. If it’s a failure, you will not be sad because you had done the best what you could have. Focusing on present makes the present worth living and enjoyable which then converts into your past and future as well.

3. Have a goal assigned to you every day. During the day work towards achieving that goal i.e. put efforts that will make you reach near to your goal or even accomplish that goal. This will give you a purpose in life. This will also give you motivation to work and also a sense of achievement once you actually achieve that goal.

Life moves around in circles

I know I am writing this blog after a very long time. It seems that I have developed a habit of writing something only when I am sad. I hope by expressing my feelings, things might improve.

I remember 3 years back was one of the most difficult times of my life when I broke up with my ex girl friend and at the same time I was in the middle of the training period of my first job. It was indeed very difficult for me to recoup from that loss. But I recovered in some time and that incident taught me a lot of things about life and people around me. I had completely avoided myself to be involved with someone emotionally after that. I made some very good friends and they also helped me see life with a different perspective. Finally I was OK and probably much more matured after this experience of mine.

Today, after three years, a lot has happened in my life. I gained a lot of experience both professionally and personally, travelled to different places in India and abroad. But I still can't figure out why people change in life. I mean you meet a person as he or she is at that moment of time. You start liking that person because of who he or she is and how he or she behaves. Accordingly, you build some expectations around your relationship with that person. Life becomes normal and on track after that. Then, all of a sudden something happens and you find out that the person has changed and the basic reason of why you were with that person is no longer there. You still have the same kind of expectations with that person but because he or she has changed, those expectations never meet and you end up getting hurt again and again. Then you start asking very basic questions to yourself that why are you with this person in the first place. If you try telling that person that you have changed and the way you are now is not the way you were earlier, I don't think that helps either.

So the basic question is why do people change? Our parents never change. They love us all through our lives in the same manner as they loved you when you were born. Why did God made parents differently than all the others in the world? I see this as a big risk in life. You might like someone as she is today, spend some good time with her and after a couple of years when you get married you realize oh shit, this person has changed and why isn't she behaving the way she used to 2 years back. So what am I trying to say here? What is the solution to this problem? The answer is I dint know and that is what I am trying to figure out.

Goa – An experience of a lifetime

I was very eager to write something about one of my most memorable voyages i.e. my trip to Goa. I had always heard great stories about Goa by whoever had visited it earlier. So the level of excitement was enormous and I was planning this since long with my cousin who lives in Nagpur and his friends from Nagpur and Mumbai. Thus, after a lot of brainstorming on our planning we finally fixed a date and booked our tickets to Goa. So as the planned turned out to be, I was to reach Goa directly from Chandigarh and my cousin and one of his friends were to join me there the same day. The only thing which I was worried about was that the time difference between the two parties reaching Goa shouldn’t be much. But sometimes all good things fall into place automatically, it so happened that my flight was to reach Goa via Mumbai and my cousin got the same flight from Mumbai to Goa, thus they boarded the flight when it landed in Mumbai. It was a blue coloured indigo but seeing the air hostesses on board was bit of a disappointment. The flight took half an hour to teach Goa from Mumbai.

The Goa airport which was in a place called Dabolin looked more like a mall and less like an airport. We waited for our luggage and once it arrived took a taxi to the most popular beach in Goa i.e. the Baga beach. The journey was really scenic with pleasant and memorable weather on the way. We saw huge shipyards and some really old ships on various ports. Shipping seemed to be one of the major bread makings for the people of Goa. It took almost an hour for us to reach Baga. The taxi driver took us to a really nice hotel cum cottage. It was run by a female who had come from somewhere near Russia and had opened the hotel 2 months back. There is something in the weather of Russia that they produce really beautiful women. As was the case with this lady who in spite of being in her late thirties could give our bollywood heroines a run for their money. We also visited a couple of other cottages in and around the beach but somehow the cottage and the Russian owner had clicked us, thus we decided to live in her cottage. There were total 3 cottages in that hotel. Each one had 3 rooms and in between was a swimming pool which was really well maintained. They served only drinks and tea in this hotel and food was not available to us at our room service.

We rested a bit and then decided to take a bath in our hotel swimming pool. One of the highlights about Goa is that you can easily get 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers on rent on a daily basis at a very reasonable price. I was more interested in taking a 2 wheeler rather than a 4 wheeler but from mutual consensus it was decided to hire a Wagon R on rent. We started roaming here and there in our Wagon R. The weather was great outside, it was not too warm and not too cold and a soothing cold breeze was flowing all over the place. Sitting in a car turned out to be boring and we decided to hire 2 wheelers instead from the next day. The fact about Goa is that there is nothing much to do there during the day time as most of the tourists are resting. The real fun starts at night when the entire crowd can be found on Goan roads, restaurants and clubs. There were a series of night clubs and bars around Baga beach. One of the main clubs was Tittos and Mambos where the cream crowd was, the only problem was that it had a couple entry and we were 3 guys so there was no scope of formulating a couple anyhow. One interesting place we found nearby was Kamaki. It was a small bar which attracted a lot of foreigners and to add to that it was a bit cheaper as well as compared to Tittos. The main USP about bars and restaurants in Goa is that more than 90% of them are open aired. We had a few drinks at Kamaki that day and really enjoyed the music. Also, we observed some of the foreigners who visited Kamaki. They generally came in groups and enjoyed each other’s company. As expected, there were many desis who try to mix up with them in Goa, some of them do succeed but a majority of them don’t.

The next day we woke up really late. One more of my cousin’s friend who lived in Mumbai joined us, so now we were 4 in total. We hired one Honda Deo and one Avenger in place of our boring Wagon R. We decided to go to Panaji which was the capital of Goa and the commercial head as well. Panaji was a different city altogether when you compare it with rest of the capital cities in India. The culture of Portuguese, who once ruled Goa reflected in every nook and corner of the city. I might be over exaggerating but Panaji looked like a little version of cities like London having a bridge connecting the city and hundreds of boats and ships all over the place floating in the sea. The architecture was also great especially the churches were one of the best I ever saw. There is a unique feature of every house hold in Goa that their roof is shaped in the form of a hut and this is true for each and every house and building even the new ones. We had our proper Punjabi lunch in Panaji and then headed to a couple of other tourist locations nearby. Travelling on two wheelers on the roads of Goa is really a pleasure because of the amazing natural beauty and the weather. We stopped at a lot of places in between for our usual photography sessions. I also noticed the parliament house in Panaji which looked more like a 5 star hotel than a parliament house. You will find bars and restaurants in every nook and corner of the state and some of the best food joints are actually away from the main city areas. We stopped on one such restaurant and had great food which included prawns as well which I had tasted for the first time.

Anyone who has visited Goa can never forget to mention the women there. Around 50% of the girls you see in Goa are foreigners but most of them come in groups with friends, boy friends etc. Some of the foreigners are no doubt really very beautiful but nothing as compared to our desi beauties. The Indian ladies who visit Goa not only see Goa as another tourist destination but see it as a place where they really open up since there is no one to restrict them there. Also, they also feel a sense of security since everyone around them is behaving and dressing in a similar manner. Anyhow, you get to see some of them most amazing Indian beauties in Goa and with the kind of clothing they wear you cannot resist looking at them. The Indian girls clearly overshadow the foreigners who generally don’t have anything apart from their white skin. I think I forgot to mention Aguada fort in Goa. There are two things very special about this place, one that you can see the entire Goa from that place since it is located on a hill and it is the same place where some of the most memorable scenes in Dil Chahta Hai were shot. Thus, this turns out to be a really popular destination for the tourists in Goa.

On our last day, we headed again to Panaji for some shopping. I bought some nice and famous cashew nuts for family and others did as well. My cousin and his friends had a train to catch to Mumbai and I had a kingfisher flight headed to New Delhi. The journey in Kingfisher was very memorable one especially because of the hot airhostesses on the flight. They really took good care of the passengers which included some nice food and some nice entertainment via their on air TV channels.
Thus, my journey to Goa ended and without any doubt I can say that Goa is the best place to chill out in India.

Why m i sad today?

I am sad today. Don't know the exact reason and the exact explanation but i just know that i am sad today. Rarely something upsets me or disturbs me, but today i cant find the thing which has made me sad. There is something within that is disturbing me, there is some sort of restlessness that is creeping from inside. Probably this is because something has happened which has shaken me and my beliefs.
At the end, it is only your family, your parents who care for you. Friends, people around you and even the one you think you are in love with wont understand your pain as good as your parents do. They just need to have a look at me to notice that there is something wrong. Others will see, some will give some advice, others will laugh and there are others who will show that they care for you but that is what they show and this is very much visible.
I know this sadness is temporary and will soon be gone. But this is the moment when you learn from life, when you see people around you change, when you start noticing small small things that you never even care otherwise and that is when you realize that at the end it is only your parents who will stand for you, all the others are just trying to help.

Life in Gurgaon...

One day I was sitting in my office doing the usual work and I got to know from my manager that I have to leave for Gurgaon in the evening. I was delighted to hear that since from the past 1.5 years I was trying my best to move out of my hometown and see the outside world. The same day I packed my bags and left for Gurgaon. I was accompanied by a friend of mine. We reached Gurgaon at 4 AM in the morning, it was midnight and I couldn't see much of it. We reached the company guest house and had a nap of around 2 hours. I woke up and went straight go my new office in Gurgaon. On the way, I saw huge structures built of concrete and the magnitude of construction in Gurgaon, I had never seen throughout my life. There were monstrous buildings facing each other and the design and architecture was simply superb. My office was in the middle of the cyber city where all the big corporate offices like Microsoft, Oracle were there.

The work started as usual. There was immense pressure on me to perform and I was delighted that I actually delivered to it the best possible way I could. 70% of the day I spent in office as there was nothing much to do at the Guest House since it was located in a deserted place in the outskirts of the city. I usually went home over the weekends and the one’s I dint go I stayed at the guest house and usually got bored. A month passed by and I was asked to leave the Guest house and find an accommodation for myself. The real struggle had started then. I called up my friends and they came to my rescue. I was able to find a good Paying Guest accommodation in a single day and the same day I shifted to that place.

The PG was located in a posh residential area of Gurgaon. The life in the PG was interesting and I had one of the best times in my life staying in the PG. It was a triple sharing room and I was the first one to fill it. The room was nice and spacious with all the facilities and had a big beautiful bathroom. I had heard that this PG used to be a girl’s PG and the bathroom actually reflected that because the interiors were all pink coloured.

A day or two passed by and I started wondering who the other people in the PG were. The PG had a common dining area so one day I met a guy who was having his breakfast. We interacted with each other, he seemed nice and we sort of clicked in the initial meeting. He had returned from UK and was working in a law firm. As expected, he was a lawyer so I had no match while speaking to him. I left for home that weekend and when I came back I saw my room filled with two new roomies. One of them was a student and the other guy was a working professional.

The next 2 months were the best time I spent in Gurgaon. One of my room mates knew the places in Gurgaon and nearby very well. We used to go to movies and diner quite often. There was a dhaba on the Gurgaon high way which he took us to, the food there was nice especially the non veg stuff. After a week or two, another guy joined the PG; he was also a working professional. Initially he looked a bit standoffish and was occupied with himself but after a day or two he also joined the group. He was a brilliant musician and used to play excellent guitar. We got used to his tunes on the dining table and sometimes even at the dhaba. We used to spend our weekends watching movies on TV and sometimes in the huge Gurgaon malls. The ice-cream parlour at Nirula’s was also our usual favourite destination for deserts after diner. One day after having diner in PG, we went to the ice-cream parlour to have our favourite Manhattan Mania cone. Just then, we decided and went to Faridabad on a long drive. The journey was nice and dark with hilly turns on the way. There were a couple of places we visited in Faridabad like Suraj kund and a lake but it was the drive which we enjoyed the most. We returned back at 1AM and were very tired. The next week was the Holy day and luckily none of us went home on holy. I generally don’t celebrate much of holy and prefer to stay home. But this holy was different, it was very different. The morning was the usual lazy stuff. We woke up at 11, had our breakfast and went outside. The scene outside was very deserted. We couldn't see anyone celebrating outside. Nonetheless, we had bought some colours and started to walk around the locality hoping to see someone playing holy and thinking if we could also join the fun. But what you expect of Gurgaon it behaves totally opposite. We could see people with coloured faces in their four wheelers but no-one on the road. We then came back to our PG. Just then there was some construction going on in front of our PG and there was a small pool which had muddy water in it. One of us thought of a prank and drowned the lawyer into the pool; the scene was so funny that even the neighbours enjoyed it. After a minute or two, all four of us were inside the pool along with the servant of the PG. There were colours and pranks all over the place. I had never imagined that holy could be so enjoyable. We were so tired after playing holy that we then slept for the whole day.

I was enjoying my life in Gurgaon. I liked staying there and didn't really miss my home town much. But all this enjoyment was short lived. One of my roommates had gone to Mumbai for 10 days and when he came back we came to know that he had to permanently shift to Mumbai in a week’s time. The next day we got the news that the owner of the PG was closing down and we were given 15 days notice period to move out. We just had a few days left to enjoy and have fun together. We took the most of it and enjoyed the last few days of our stay in the PG. My roommate shifted over to Mumbai and all of us started looking for a new PG preferably tried if we could stay together again but that seemed to be a remote possibility. After a week passed by, everyone left the PG and shifted over to new places. But we guys couldn't be together any more. I shifted over with my other roommate to a new PG. The Guitarist and the lawyer moved to separate PGs.

The new PG was not the same as the original one. I missed the fun we used to have earlier. We guys tried and meet and go out together but that happened just once in 15 days. Then came May which was my last month in Gurgaon. It was this time that I really wanted to go back to my hometown mainly because of the bad food that I used to get in my new pg and also that the new pg experience was not that enjoyable. In no time, May end came and I was given a nice farewell from my team mates in office. I also met my lawyer friend the last day and we went for diner to a nice restaurant. I was very excited and very happy to go back. I happily reached home but strangely I actually missed my life in Gurgaon for a week or so.
The 5 month stay in Gurgaon will surely stay in my life as a memorable one not only because of the professional experience but also because of the good people I met there and the good time I had there.

ONCE UPON A TIME….

Samir, a fairly handsome boy in his graduation years, studying in a nice college had a great bunch of friends around him.
They were a group of 3, which included Samir, Vivek and Manpreet. They all had great fun from bunking exams to watching movies, from having the same crushes to roaming here and there on their bikes in search of nothing. In one of there college years, they had a 2 months break. They had all the fun they could possibly have and now it was time to decide what to do next.

Samir, the most decent of the lot suggested why not learn a foreign language for a change. As usual Vivek and Manpreet were not interested in his idea and they straightway rejected it.
But since Samir was the most sincere one, he somehow managed to convince the other two idiots.
They joined German classes in the city's most respected German institute, which was affiliated to the German embassy.

The first day at the class, all the three had big smiles on their faces. The reason being very obvious. The class of 20 comprised of 12-13 hot chicks and out of those 12, 7-were seriously very hot J.
They entered the classroom together and were very happy staring at each other. Samir had a sense of pride that he had made a great decision, what a class they had.
The girls who really got their attention where 3. One was Dolly (a Sikh girl who was very fair and had really beautiful eyes), Simrat (another Sikh girl who was very young and looked very innocent)
and Ramandeep Kaur(she was very different from all the others).

All the three were very beautiful but there was something about Ramandeep Kaur, which was strikingly different.
As soon as the class started, a young girl in her 20's came inside and as soon they could think of anything, she introduced herself as their mentor.

She taught German with the help of various activities that involved a lot of interaction with peers in the class.
The activities involved changing seats randomly so that you get to know the entire class.
Samir was the luckiest of the lot as within a few days he was able to interact with all 3 hot girls mentioned above.
While dolly was an easy chick. She seemed like the one with only beauty and no brains at all. Samir liked her since she was beautiful but then he was more of a sincere guy and intelligence was an important consideration for him.

Simrat was a cute schoolgirl who had just stepped into adolescence and looked like she had no idea of the world around her. She was also not aware of the mentality that guys have when they see beautiful girls like her.
Samir and Simrat kind of hit of well initially while Vivek and Manpreet were busy flirting out with Dolly.
Samir and Simrat used to continuously stare at each other during class hours. While Manpreet was very famous because of his typical Punjabi sense of humour. Imagine a sardar trying to learn German who is so much fascinated by
his mother tongue that often while uttering German dialogues, his Punjabi accent used to come in somewhere and the whole class including the mentor were in peels of laughter.
Vivek on the other hand was a different kind of person. The first thought that came to his mind whenever he saw a hot girl was of sleeping with her. These were the only fantasies he had.
But on the whole, all of them were nice guys and girls kind of liked them.

Now coming to our main protagonist, Ramandeep Kaur. As mentioned above, she was a different girl all together. During the first level of German classes, which was of 3 months, Ramandeep had no major interactions with any of the three guys.
There was just a hi and a hello and that was about it.
But this scenario changed when they entered the second level. After the first level was over, Simrat and Dolly opted out of the classes since Dolly was supposed to be getting married soon.
Manpreet had his heart broken when he heard about Dolly’s marriage, so Manpreet also opted out after the first level. Simrat had also left after the first level. Samir and Simrat exchanged numbers but neither of them ever called each other after that.
Vivek and Samir continued further and it was in the second level that Ramandeep and Samir met.
From day 1 when they first sat together in a German role-play they started flirting with each other. Both liked each other. Raman, a beauty with brains, a kind of girl who samir always wanted.
They used to sit together more often in forthcoming classes.
One day, while there was coffee break b/w the class and Raman and Samir were just chatting over some trivial stuff. Suddenly, some topic started and Raman told Samir that she was 24 years old.
Samir was taken a back, not only because he was just 20 but Raman never looked that old to anyone.

Nevertheless, days passed by and Samir started finding Raman more and more attractive. Raman also liked Samir's company a lot and they both hit it off well.
Then one day, Raman asked Samir to drop her home, as she had no convenience that day. Samir was happy as he had a beautiful girl asking him to give her a ride to her home.
Samir was pleased and like a perfect gentleman ensured that Raman has a comfortable ride sitting behind him. They reached Raman’s house in few minutes and were both staring and smiling at each other.
Raman asked samir to come in and meet her mom but Samir being a shy kind of a person refused gracefully and came back home.
Dropping Raman to her place became sort of a regular affair after then. Both enjoyed this part of the evening the most. Samir also visited her home once while there was nobody at her home except her dog, which kept on barking all the time.
These meetings were followed by meetings at the small cafe, located above the German classroom.
Till this moment they were just friends, none of them had thought of taking this relationship to the next level.
To samir, it never looked possible since she was already 24 and he was just 20. Just then one evening when they were sitting at the cafe and were having a usual chat, Raman told Samir that she was getting married next month.
Samir was surprised but not shocked as he knew that someday this was to happen. She then told him about the guy who lives in Banglore and has a nice well paying job.
Raman also told him that she actually likes Samir a lot and if it weren’t the age difference she would have definitely considered him. Samir felt bad but then there was not much he could have done about it.
They both came down to reach Raman’s car and this time Raman offered Samir a ride. They drove all over the city and reached a nice serene park where they had a nice cool walk.
They dint talk much that evening, just kept on walking. Silence said everything between them.
Just then, followed by another two meetings, the time came near for Raman’s marriage.
Just 2 days before her marriage, Raman gave a surprise visit to Samir's home. Samir was shocked as it was the first time that a girl had come to visit him at his home. He invited her in and to his good luck there was no one home that day.
He made her see his home and she really liked it. Just then as they were sitting in the drawing room, Samir wondered "why has she come here, isn’t she getting married 2 days later?” She might have come to give me an invitation".
She looked really beautiful that day in her white salwar kameez and a while dupatta adding to her grace.
She left in few minutes and to Samir’s surprise she dint invite him to her marriage.
Raman got married two days later and went to Banglore. Samir forgot everything and got busy in his studies.

2 Years Later:
Samir had completed his degree and had a nice job.
Raman had moved with his husband to Banglore. Manpreet had left India and flew to US for higher studies. Vivek and Samir usually met each other at weekends.
What about Raman and Samir?
They hadn’t stopped talking, e-mails and rare phone calls were always there but then with time they started vanishing.
There were times when Raman visited the city but dint bother asking Samir to meet. Samir also dint care much and was happy with his life.
Just then after several months passed by, Samir received a call from a strange number he hadn’t seen before while he was in his office. The call belonged to Raman telling Samir that she was in the city and wanted to meet him.
She said that she would pick him up from his office the usual way she used to pick him while they used to go to the German classes together.
Raman hadn’t changed even after 1.5 years of her marriage. She looked exactly the same, even more beautiful.
They went for a long drive that day. Talking of usual stuff and had a great evening together. They talked about how their life had changed in the two years.

Raman was about to leave for Banglore in two days. They again met the next day and went for a ride. They enjoyed each other's company even now. They joked about everything and even talked about how would it have been if Raman would have been
married to Samir.
Raman dropped Samir home and fled to Banglore next day. Samir as usual woke up next day and headed to his office to resume his work.
